New Booklets

This coming Saturday, July 11, I will once again be presenting four new booklets. The new issues of the series—which will then comprise 36 booklets—cover a wide range of topics.

In *SHE WILL TALK TO YOU, YOU WILL TALK TO HER*, the focus is on New York women whom I photographed between 2001 and 2003. *NOT FOR SALE* captures the spirit of young people in Berlin in the years following reunification, with all its surprises and freedoms. The booklet *LIEBS GISELIS ALLERLETZTE BERGFAHRT* is personal and brings together color photographs from a final trip I took to Switzerland in 2024 with my mother, who has since passed away. And *WALK ON* serves as a photographic tribute to Berlin’s Café Sandmann and its patrons.

It is precisely there, at Café Sandmann’s summer festival, that the new booklets will be presented. Around 7:30 p.m., curator and author Jens Pepper will say a few introductory words with Café Sandmann owner Nick Schubert and me. I would be delighted if you could join us.
